This annual, carnival-style event organised by Women in Super is a great way for Mum and the family to raise money for breast cancer research, while also offering awareness. Tickets grant participants the opportunity to partake in either a walk or run, followed by food, drinks and live entertainment. What’s more, all proceeds go towards the National Breast Cancer Foundation, a worthy cause in of itself.
Palm Beach

Palm Beach offers Mum and the family a unique getaway for Mother’s Day, with spectacular views and equally-spectacular food by the beach. The beach alone suffices for some, however, why not make a day of it by walking to Barrenjoey Lighthouse, located at the peak of Barrenjoey Head. If that isn’t for you, a short walk in the opposite direction offers the family the tranquillity of Whale Beach and the renowned Whale Beach Art Gallery & Café.
