Looking for a new and exciting local event to fill your Sundays? Look no further than That Great Market!
Local resident Jacqui Landis developed ‘That Great Market’ in April of this year – a community festival event drawing residents and visitors of the North Shore together to enjoy quality community time. The market, which attracts both young and old, has already been both successful and popular.
“As a Council, we are committed to breathing new life into the community and this monthly market is a proven way of doing this,” said Ku-ring-gai Mayor Jennifer Anderson.
The Market operates between 10am and 4pm on the third Sunday of each month and features handpicked stall holders with jewellery, artworks, unique products, homewards and foods on display. Young local musicians are also invited to play throughout the day and meet local members of the community for support and engagement.
That Great Market also has a health focus, with delicious and wholesome food and drinks on sale throughout the day. It will take place this Sunday, October 18th from 10am at East Lindfield Community Hall.
