Hot cross buns have been filling supermarket shelves for weeks, but Easter is only just around the corner. A time for new beginnings and acknowledging the resurrection of Christ, with it comes the opportunity to celebrate with family. Beyond the chocolatey treats and novelty, pausing on Good Friday with a meat free feast allows us all to stop for a moment and be thankful. Church services across the North Shore will be taking place at 9am on Good Friday and again on Easter Sunday at 9am to celebrate hope and rebirth. Savour the time off and have a ball with the kids exploring the celebrations taking place across the long weekend!
